SMS Terms of Service
Program description
The Roofline Routine SMS Program is an optional home services text program offering an optional SMS choice for account notifications and recurring marketing messages about roof and gutter upkeep resources. Topics include gutter cleaning, downspout checks, roof observations, flashing awareness, drainage, storm preparation, debris removal, seasonal exterior maintenance. Roofline Routine is not a contractor, installer, repair company, or home service provider and does not perform, dispatch, supervise, guarantee, or warrant home improvement work.
Message categories
- Account Notifications: I agree to receive account notifications text messages from Roofline Routine related to my subscription, such as guide delivery, content access updates, opt-in confirmations, opt-out confirmations, and replies to HELP requests, sent to the mobile number I provided. Message frequency varies based on account activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of any purchase. Roofline Routine does not sell, share, or transfer phone numbers or consent data to contractors, lead aggregators, or third-party marketers.
- Marketing: I agree to receive recurring marketing SMS messages from Roofline Routine, including promotional offers, announcements about new Roofline Routine resources, featured website guides, special campaigns, and updates about newly available checklists and tools. Message frequency varies, generally up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. My information will not be sold, shared, or transferred to any contractor, lead aggregator, or third-party marketer. Consent is not a condition of receiving any guide or other content.
Opt-in method
You opt in by checking one or both unchecked SMS consent boxes on our contact page or reminders page, entering a mobile number, and submitting the form. Each category requires its own consent. Accepting our Terms of Use is not SMS consent.
Your first message identifies Roofline Routine, confirms the category you selected and its frequency, and includes STOP and HELP instructions. Example: "Roofline Routine: You're enrolled in marketing messages, up to 4 msgs/mo. We share info only and are not a contractor. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel."

STOP instructions
Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT at any time to cancel. You will receive one confirmation: "Roofline Routine: You have been unsubscribed and will receive no further messages from this program. Reply START to rejoin." No further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided.
